Do I need to be of legal smoking age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 19 years or older (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan) to purchase tobacco products on our site. Age verification is required at checkout, and by ordering you confirm you are of legal age in your province.
Which provinces and territories do you ship to?
We currently ship to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and the Northwest Territories (including Yukon). Delivery is available to hundreds of cities, towns, and First Nations communities within these regions. Select your province on our locations page to see if we serve your area.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 business day. Standard delivery times are 3‑5 business days for most urban areas, and up to 7‑10 business days for remote or northern communities. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding or reference to tobacco. Your privacy is important to us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e‑Transfer (preferred) and major credit cards. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. All transactions are secure.
Can I return or exchange tobacco products?
Due to health regulations, tobacco products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue.

Yes, all prices displayed on our site include applicable federal and provincial taxes. What you see is what you pay – no hidden fees.
Do you sell single packs or only cartons?
We primarily sell by the carton to offer the best value. However, some promotions may include single packs. Check our shop for current offerings.
